Founder Andy Burgess started his career in the HVAC industry as an apprentice in 2005. Over the years, he built hands-on experience across residential and commercial service, installation, and project management. His career included work with facilities such as St. Jude Medical, Lockheed Martin, and a range of county and state projects. That breadth of experience shapes how Burgess Heating & Air approaches every call today.

When Andy started Burgess Heating & Air, the goal was simple: bring the same level of skill and accountability he had developed over his career to the local community. No upsells you don't need. No shortcuts on the work. Just honest recommendations and reliable results for the people who live and work in the Antelope Valley.

We serve both residential and commercial customers. On the residential side, that means air conditioning repair and replacement, heating systems, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, duct cleaning, water heaters, tankless water heaters, plumbing, pool heaters, water filtration, reverse osmosis systems, dryer vent cleaning, and home water leak detection. On the commercial side, we handle rooftop units, chillers, boilers, commercial HVAC systems, preventive maintenance plans, and service contracts.
